Construction Data
An overview of the drone data services we offer to the construction industry
Progression Reports
Progress updates provided through aerial drone imagery are a beneficial tool for staying on schedule and, in turn, keep the project from going over budget.
Drone imagery can be shared among:
- Project Managers
- Stakeholders
- Investors.. ect
Updated images can be taken:
- Monthly
- Bi-Weekly
- Weekly
Depending on the speed of building
End-of-project photography can be used in marketing to showcase design quality to build future client relationships
Orthomosaics ~ 2d mapping
Construction professionals use orthomosaics to create accurate site plans that include features such as topography, drainage, and existing structures.
This can help to ensure that the construction project is properly designed and that any potential issues are identified before construction begins and flow according to
An orthomosaic is a high definition, low altitude, top down view of the job site.
High-resolution up to date version of Google maps’ satellite view
This can help to ensure that the construction project is properly designed and that any potential issues are identified before construction begins and flow according to plan.
3d mapping & Modeling
These models can be used to create accurate topographical maps, identify potential obstacles or hazards, and plan the placement of buildings and infrastructure.
This can help construction professionals to optimize the design of a project, minimize the risk of construction delays, and improve the overall efficiency of the construction process.
Cut-and-fill models can be used to measure cut-and-fill data and monitor the inventory of supplies and materials

- increased profit margins
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are revolutionizing the construction industry by drastically reducing the number of man-hours required to perform various tasks on construction sites. By using UAVs for inspections, equipment management, and strategic planning, construction companies can streamline their operations, improve efficiency, and save time and money.
One of the primary benefits of using drones in construction is their ability to perform inspections more quickly and accurately than traditional methods. When equipped with high-resolution cameras drones can capture detailed images and videos of the construction site, allowing construction organizations to identify potential issues and monitor progress more efficiently. This can help to improve safety, reduce the risk of errors, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Drones can also be used to manage equipment more effectively. By using drones to monitor the movement and use of equipment on construction sites, construction companies can optimize equipment utilization, reduce downtime, and identify potential maintenance issues before they become more serious. This can help to improve efficiency and reduce the cost of equipment maintenance and repairs.
Moreover, drones can be used for strategic planning, such as creating 3D models of construction sites and analyzing data to improve decision-making. By using drones to collect data and create accurate 3D models of construction sites, construction companies can better visualize the project and identify potential issues before they occur. This can help to optimize resource allocation, reduce waste, and improve the overall efficiency of the construction process.
- Staying on Schedule
In the construction industry, finishing projects on time is critical to ensure that the project stays within budget and meets the expectations of clients. However, keeping track of the progress of a construction project can be challenging, particularly on large-scale projects where multiple teams are working simultaneously. This is where periodic drone photos of the site can be a beneficial tool in monitoring the current progress and keeping everyone informed.
By using drones to capture high-resolution aerial images of the construction site on a regular basis, construction companies can keep track of the progress of the project and identify any potential issues early on. These images can be compared to previous images to track the rate of progress and identify any areas where work may be falling behind schedule or not meeting quality standards.

- Effective Customer Aquisition
Aerial photos and videos captured from previous completed construction jobs can be a valuable marketing tool for construction companies. By showcasing high-quality aerial imagery of past projects, construction companies can effectively communicate their expertise and capabilities to potential new clients.
Using aerial photos and videos, construction companies can create a visually stunning portfolio of their work, showcasing the quality of their craftsmanship and the unique features of each project. By presenting these images and videos on their website, social media channels, or in promotional materials, construction companies can establish credibility and build trust with potential clients.

Are you licensed and Insured?
Yes, all of our drone pilots have a part 107 drone certificate.
We also carry insurance starting at a million dollar policy.
What is the project process?
We provide weekly data uploads via a digital link.
The data can be viewed from a Google drive link or webpage link sent to you by email.
Most clients use our data incorporated into their monday morning action plan meetings.
How is pricing determined
Pricing and quotes are developed based on a square footage of the property / project and the number of periodic uploads you desire.
How long does it take to get an estimate?
Once we know the size of the project we can send you a quote report that day
What do you need in order to complete the job?
Drone photography and video works best on an empty site, this helps provide the most accurate data, but there are workarounds to this.
Typically we film on the weekends when the job site is empty, but it doesn’t have to be in order to complete the job.
